At BKIND, we want you to love your natural skincare routine; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be unused and in their original eco-friendly packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original box, ensuring all protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
